Dr Kanika Johar, holds more than a decade's worth of experience in advanced physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She began her career as a - trainee at Sir Gangaram Hospital, before joining APRC Healthcare Pvt Ltd (the Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre) in October 2012. At APRC Healthcare, she rose to head the team of physiotherapists at the facility and became the Assistant Director there in 2014. In her administrative capacity, she organised hands-on training for modified osteopathy and chiropractic manual therapy. She also organised workshops on spinal joint movement for her colleagues. Her next milestone was a new pain management and advanced physiotherapy unit, at the Aashlok hospital. Here, she honed her expertise in manual therapy and functional rehabilitation. In 2020, she decided to bring her expertise in pain management with an ethos towards comprehensive recovery. This became 'Back to Core', a patient-first physiotherapy practice based out of South Delhi.
